15-Day Conditional Refund Guarantee
We understand that technical environments vary. You are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of your original purchase only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Technical Failure: The plugin fails to function as described in our documentation on your specific setup.
- Support Attempt: You have contacted our support team (support@code2bricks.com) to report the issue.
- Irresolvable Issue: Our support team is unable to resolve the issue, and the error can be reproduced by our team.
If we cannot fix a bug that prevents the plugin from working on your site, we will happily issue a refund.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:
- You simply changed your mind or decided not to use the plugin.
License Termination & Data
Upon the approval of a refund:
- License Deactivation: Your license key will be immediately deactivated.
- Loss of Features: The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript editors will no longer be accessible within the Bricks interface.
- Updates Cease: You will no longer receive security patches, compatibility updates for newer versions of Bricks, or new features.
Note: As detailed in our documentation, code you have already created (stored in native Bricks structures) will remain on your site, but you will lose the ability to edit it via the Code2Bricks bidirectional interface.
Policy Abuse
Code2Bricks employs license validation and security measures. We strictly monitor for license abuse. We reserve the right to deny refunds and ban accounts in cases of:
- Serial Refunding: Purchasing and refunding multiple times.
- License Sharing: Attempting to activate the license on unauthorized sites.
- IP Violation: Evidence that the software has been reverse-engineered, cracked, or distributed in violation of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the conditions above, please email support@code2bricks.com with:
- Your Order Number.
- A description of the technical issue.
- Screenshots or a screen recording demonstrating the error.
We aim to review and process valid refund requests within 24–48 business hours.
